Family values have always been the cornerstone of Becky's Carpet Tile & Superstore business philosophy, treat Becky's customers and employees like family. Becky's Carpet is family owned, and operated. Becky Rothman, the Queen of Carpet, traces the original of Becky's Carpet & Tile to 1954, when her father opened a carpet store in East St. Louis, IL. Becky started working in her fathers store when she was eight years old. When she was 16, her father handed her keys to store and told her, "Go manage the store". Becky did just that, working every job in the store from unloading and stocking carpet rolls to setting budgets to running the store's operations. Her father opened a second store in Hazelwood and her two brothers started working with her in the business. In 1977, when Becky was just 22, her father died, leaving Becky and her brothers to run the two stores. Becky grew the company by extending its product line and opening new stores. In 1994, she began appearing in television and print ads for her flooring business, which became Becky's Carpet & Tile Superstores. Becky became the public face of Becky's, riding her magic flying carpet in wacky commercials. Today, Becky's is six stores strong, selling flooring to homeowners throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area, on both sides of the Mississippi River. Becky answers the wishes of foster children through the Little Wishes Program. Becky is one the the original sponsors of the Blessing Basket Project, a St. Louis Charity that pays living wages to African women who create native baskets. Becky helped restore the building that became the Project's home. She donated flooring to Habitat for Humanity. A major contributor to animal organizations, Becky has picked up many stray dogs and cats, provided veterinary care and a placed them in loving homes. Becky will tell you that, as a single parent, her greatest accomplishment has been raising her daughter, Rachel.

• How can I get product samples?
  We pride ourselves on the quantity of samples we have to offer. Our showroom offers large samples of major mills in an array of colors. Samples may be taken to look at home and returned within 48 hours at no charge. In other cases, we provide a color swatch for the style you need shipped from our many mills. We are happy to provide these samples at no charge.
• How long does it take to order and install?
  In stock items can be installed almost immediately. From the time you order until installation is approximately 7 to 10 days..
• Who does your work?
  All are workmen from warehouse to sales staff are employees of Becky's. Your installer will be a local independent contractor that has an outstanding reputation.
• What are your store hours?
